The Best 3 Days Ever the NYC By: Torrence Johnson

The Best Day Ever the NYC By: Torrence Johnson

well, it's was October of last yearand, I had just been randomly picked to be apart of plumline, which was a organizion that send Highschools to new york city to learn about leadership. I went with some friends from church their names were Briannia Johnson and Gaylen. we were there with a few different church from the chicago region. during this trip we were in about 5 diferent groups with 1 chaperon per group. In my group our chaperon's name was Angel. She had been on this trip many time. there were 5 to a group. Through out that whole trip we walked about  the length of all 3 islands if therer were in a straight.
Well ,we all met at the O’Hare International Airport toe get on the plane. And there were al least 15 ID checkers, the were all like  the Mcdonlad’s  cashers with the Inablilty to be happy or even fake it at all because they must really like to tick people off with all these attendences who are always on break for like hours and hours and make you wait all hours in the night then just to come back the very next day with you at their desk smelling real funky and musty, then they have the nerve to get mad at u when u come and had them your ID card. Anyway, After about 5 hours of passing my ID cards to about 15 to 20 people we all had finally made it to the plane.
We all fell a sleep on the plane and woke up in New York city, The best worst place on the Planet, everyone there had the additutide of a very aggreseive wolverine that had just got out of a fight and had ribids for the past 2 weeks. so in short they were very aggreseive people. During that whole first day we had walked about the length of of asia because we had to walk to our hotel, drop off our bags, and walk to our place for dinner and then back to the hotel.
The second day we got up about 7:30 am to walk all the way to a local grocery store and get breakfast then, take our breakfast all the way to the Methodist Church of U.N(United Nations) which was right in front of the U.N.We stayed at the church for the Sceminar which was really good by the way. Over the course of that day, we went to china town and bought souviners, I bought some goleden elephants, and a sword. But, some told my mom and she made me take the sword back for some had relaving balls. then, My friends: Mark, Stephen, Dutch, and Vlad, and I had walked to the park were we and the others had did a little get to know each other exersice where no one was able th find out anything about the person they were assigned because we were all so hungry.
So, we all had walked off to a noodle shop that was right a cross the street from the Park. Just as I was about to leave I left my Jacket and book that I had brought with me on the trip. I didn't realize it until I was seating down in the reasturante stuffing my face with noodles and dumplings. I looked every execpt the park where I last say it because I thought the Old homeless man that was asleep on the bench across from us had been Eyeing my book and really my Jacket. I told my mother and grandparents when we went back to the hotel and when, we got back to chicago. On that last day was actually went in to the city center and about half the girls had gone shopping the boys had gone to buy more souviners and funny T-shirts. For dinner, we went to a korean barbque place where we had a grill in each table. also, the I was still angry about the lost of my book and Jacket. But, when I got into my house I was welcome by a Pitbull puppy, a new jacket (that looked excatly the same as the old one), and the exact same book that I lost. So, it was a ok trip.
